Check that the Lithium cell voltage < 2.8.
Swap out the ROM and check and
Swap out the Communication Chip and retest
If you suspect the firmware is corrupted, load with a recent Firmware
Clear the RAM:
- Power off the controller
- Remove the Lithium jumper (JP1)
- On the ROM, shortcut pin 5 with pin 8 together during 5 sec [see the complete procedure in this article]
- Set the Lithium jumper back with the power and initialise the Tibbo as described in this article
Input checking can be tested easily by shorting the inputs and verifying change of the input status with GuardPoint Pro - reader checking can be tested with any type of physical Reader.
